Our Garment Decoration Methods
Not your father's silk-screen shop.

Silk-screening and embroidery are the most popular garment decoration methods. However we can do much more to make your garments look unique and appealing. Please advise if you would like to get more information on any of these methods.

Silk Screening:
Most of the imprinted t-shirts you see today are printed by silk screening. This is a cost-efficient printing method (for quantities of 48 and more) and the end result looks good.

Digital Color Printing:
Let's say that you only need a few shirts imprinted with a full color photo of your product or the football team or any design that has lots of colors in it. With traditional silk-screening this would be very costly. However we can do it quite inexpensively with our digital color printing, and the results are excellent.

Embroidery:
Many people like the classy look of embroidery. This decoration method is especially suited to small imprint areas such as the left chest of a polo shirt or sweater or the crown of a hat. Sometimes our customers also ask us to embroider large areas, most commonly on the backside of jackets. This can get very costly, but the results can be spectacular.

Rhinestones and Beads:
Our rhinestones and beads come in a dazzling assortment of colors, shapes and sizes. That allows you to create great looking and very unique garments.

Laser Decoration:
Lasers are used in many different applications today - and now they are being used to decorate garments as well - with beautiful results. We can decorate everything from a t-shirt to a fleece jacket with lasers. The end result has a subtle "color-on-color" look. This method is suitable for small or large quantity orders and it's not particularly costly.

Debossing:
This great looking decoration method is most often used on leather jackets. The design is pressed into the leather using a custom made metal mold. The appearance is subtle, because the design has the same color as the jacket itself, yet extremely appealing.

Belt Printing:
If you have ever seen a t-shirt imprinted from edge to edge with a huge design, you may have seen the result of belt-printing. This method of printing is appropriate when you want to make a big, bold statement.

Appliqué:
You may have seen high school and college letterman jackets decorated with "chenille" patches. This is a very common use for appliqué - the cutting and sewing of materials to make a decoration. Some of our banners and flags are also decorated by the appliqué method.

Multi-Media:
The combination of two or more decoration methods often adds substance and depth to a garment decoration that one method alone cannot match. You don't see much in the way of multi-media decorations because the cost can get quite high. But the results are truly incredible.
